Curing Spaghetti Squash - When Ready to Eat?

An early frost forced my to pick my spaghetti squash before they were completely done. I put them in the window for almost 2 weeks. They are now a beautiful bright yellow. Are they cured enough? Some people say they let their squash sit for awhile to get sweeter. Does anyone do that with Spaghetti squash? Would you cure your spaghetti squash even if it is picked ripe off the vine? Thanks!

I swear I replied to this.................. didn't show up?

I think you should try one of those now and save one for later. You will easily answer your own question.
They store quite well for several months. I can't say if they get sweeter.
