What kind of squash do I have??

This squash(?) was picked about 2 days ago and given to me. I am trying to find out what variety it is!
It appears to be unripe, as it has been turning more orange each day.
I have had people tell me that it could be a cross between a zucchini and a pumpkin.
Someone else told me it was simply an unripe spaghetti squash.
Help! :?

Thanks:)

definitely could be either of those options. it's a pepo for sure. if it might be a cross, it's hard to identify for sure what it 'is'.

if it is orange inside when you cut it open it may be a japanese pumpkin, if it is stringy, like Jay said it is the right shape for a spaghetti squash.
