Cucumbers not growing

I transplanted them at the end of May and for a couple of weeks they grew. Now they seem to have stalled out at about a foot tall. Weather's been warm, I've mulched them with grass and paper bags, I've been giving them seaweed and fish fertilizer and I've given them compost tea. They don't look to be diseased or anything. So why aren't they growing?

With all that, they should be doing great! How much sun and how much water? And what have your day and night temps been like?

Were they in one of those "biodegradable" pots?

Well we have had record rainfalls but our soil is fairly sandy and the past week has been very sunny. Funnily enough the grew the most when it was really rainy. They weren't in biodegradable pots just plastic ones. On a side note my tomatoes are going bonkers so this seems weird.

Oh and we've had highs in the upper 70s mid 80s and lows in the 60s most nights. We did have a night in the 50s.
