What is this insect on my snap peas?

Some sort of small snail like thing? They are making holes in the peas tbem selves and also the leaves, also saw one of them inside of the pod?
I've used neem oil on these. Any other suggestions?

Looks like a slug. I'd pick it off. If you have quite a few of them, I believe you can set out used citrus halves at night and the slugs will be hanging out in them in the morning. Other people set out little saucers of beer.

That's Nasty McNasterton.

Come join our count! There's a lot of info on their demise there, too.

yup definitely a slug. Slugs and snails are not insects and have no legs.
