Hopefully quick question

Can I transplant Swiss Chard?
If yes, how big should the babies be?

Transplant best after true leaves.

Thanks!
I tossed really old seed into a pot. It germinated.

As soon as you have two true leaves.

Old seed or new, here's hoping they all grew.

Just to add a bit. Swiss Chard is one of those plants that transplant pretty easily and have a high survival rate. I find beets, lettuces chard, kale, spinach etc. all transplant well as long as you are gentle with the plants and don't damage the roots when doing so.
