Most of the fall garden started today...

I got one tray of 72 kale plants, 1 tray of 72 collards, 36 asst. lettuce, 12 cabbages, 12 broccoli, and 12 Brussels sprouts.

I'm sure there'll be a few more things, but its a start.

By the way, if you have a Dollar General store near you, they have the 72 cell trays with the reservoir tray bottom and a clear lid. The cells separate from each other in 6-packs. Marked $4 but they ring for $2.50 each. Not a bad deal, I think...

Nice start. Good luck.

I just planted some radishes, kale and spinach. (seed) I don't know what my chances are. If it will germinate in the heat perhaps it will make something. Frost comes here about first week of September most years. These things have some frost resistance though.

Yeah...started all of those from seed as well. Our first frost is usually around mid October to Halloween I think. I wish I had better luck with spinach.
