any idea whats up with this cuke plant?

I had a really good first harvest on this plant...three weeks later its changing colors and looks like its dying. Any one have an idea? Thanks

My guess downy mildew or a combination of downy and powdery mildew. The white on top looks like powedery mildew but the yellow spots looks like downy mildew. In either case, it is a very common problem. When it gets that bad it is hard to save it.
