I have been seeing that on the news. Hope the waters are going down, and you get some relief.

We were lucky where I am. The river only came up 4 - 5 meters. My town is another couple of meters higher. The province is providing support to all those impacted. They started with 1 billion for current needs and has commuted to re-build.

It is raining again though it is not making it any easier.

Work had been insane as well. I work for our Transportation Ministry and we have lost in my area a lot of infrastructure.

I am very glad my family (an secondly my garden) is safe.

More Wish I could send some to Northernfox
And we added blackberry cobbler. "Field to Fork", or in the case of the blackberrys, from "Stickers to Fork"

To No. Fox...

I've seen a fair amount of this world up close and personal. Alberta has some of the best of whats out there. Hand in there. And run down to Banff and have a good local brew on me. Well, not really on me....but I'm there in sentiment...

The highway near Canmore is open now :) it washed out last week. Ya Alberta is pretty good this year has been tough.

We apparently should have some nice heat and sun the next few days !'
