Yellow dots on zuke leaf

They've been there for a while, but it seems like they might be slowly adding a dot here or there. It's just this one leaf. Is it worrisome?

At a guess, those are the marks left behind by some plant juice sucking insect.

At that level, the damage will not bother the plant any; just keep an eye out to see if it gets worse.
