I know rhubarb is harvested in the spring. Can you cut it all or do you have to leave some? Will it get more stalks or is what comes up in the spring what you get?
I just take it one time. Yes, I take it all, then it comes back up and I let the second growth go all summer to replenish the roots for next year's crop.
