Why is this dill more than twice the size of the others?

I have other dill plants that are about two feet in height with flowers and this dill plant is 5.5 feet tall! They came from the same seed packet and all have the same soil. Are there different types of dill plants?

Maybe it's roots managed to escape and find the soil underneath and found a happy place.
