Canadian Source for Dormant strawberry root balls

I am looking for about 30 dormant rootballs for Seascape strawberry plants in Canada. I have found a ton of American sources however due to international law they can not ship them here.

anyone have any ideas?

Where have you tried locally?

Greenland sasburry and stokes. All of them said they could bring them in but would cost 5$/ 4inch plant.

Do you know other places I can try in the area??

Hole's may be able to supply, though they are expensive. They might be able to give you a lead for a source, though, which would hopefully be cheaper.
