Cucumbers plants no Flowers

I've have two cucumber plants, but I have no flowers on either of them. They are really growing vigorously but they have no flowers or even a sign of flowers. What is going on?

..maybe too rich medium, N gives vegetative growth..

..what did you plant them in ?
