Sunscald Peppers ?

I have a few Sunscald Peppers on my plant should I remove them now? or let them grow to full size and then cut out the bad part before eating?

How big are they? I usually pick the peppers with sunscald when they get to the size of a cue ball. Then I just cut the bad part out. The rest of the pepper is just fine to eat. Thankfully *knocks on wood*, sunscald has only happened to me 3 times within the last 3 years.

I do that so the pepper plant puts its efforts into new blossoms/peppers.
