Peppers Update, Deno Method, Fungus Gnats? (Pics!)

Well, about 15 days ago I planted a great number of different pepper seeds, and it took until about 3 days ago for any of them to show life, I got about 6 pods from one variety and 2 sprouts off a different variety out of about 50 seeds planted. It is a bit frustrating but as I understand peppers are stubborn growers. Well I also read they enjoy the sun, well I didnt see hardly any life until I took them from inside and started setting them outside in the warmer air during the day. And it was very sunny today, I put the greenhouse cover on and let them sit out in the sun for about 2 hours.. stupid mistake, here is what they look like, any ideas on what to do to save them? they are inside a shady and cool but not cold place.Any and all help is appreciated!! I think the 2 from the other variety all hope is lost for them they had just sprouted up 2 yesterday and now they are totally lifeless, I'm hoping I can save these other guys. Is it better ot leave the top on or off? I am in Tampa and it has been getting cool at night but not cold at night I bring them in anyway. But before this they were very healthy looking amazing what 2 hours does. Also any tips on getting the rest of them to sprout, I heard of using a heating pad or something like that.

Pumpkins
So when buying my little green-houses for the peppers I aw a little kit for growing pumpkins aimed at kids, It was $.99 so I figured hey ill give it a shot, these things grow fast, and I apparently am gonna have trouble with space, I live in a rented apartment so I cant actually build a garden, I have heard of training them to grow up tress, but I have no idea what that means, or what I should do, I just transplanted it today in a larger solo cup. Hi there. I think your only option with the wilted peppers is to keep their soil moist, they may perk back up if their roots didn't get too dry. As long as your watering regularly, I wouldn't bother using the top once the seeds germinate, not unless it gets close to frost temperatures.

I think you may have difficulty in growing pumpkins in a container. I'm sure they would probably grow in a large enough one, but their vines can take up significant space. The only suggestion I can think of is put one or two of the plants in a very large container. Get some wood lattice and build a screen of sorts to be situated near and slightly above the large container. Make sure this trellis is stable and supported. As the vines grow, arrange the runners so that they twirl around the latticework and therfore support themselves. If the vine does well and tries to produce fruit, you may want to carefully 'unwind' the vine with the baby fruit and arrange it so that it lays on the ground or close to it, so that as the pumpkin grows it's weight won't break it's vine. I believe you would only want a single fruit per container, maybe two to begin with, and then cull the less desirable of the two.

Good luck, and post again later if you will, I would love to know how your pumpkin does. I've never seen one as a container plant.

Thanks for the feedback, so, an update I tried to save them but the peppers died.. as ell a few weeks later the pumpkin died of being overwatered.. I guess the water just kept in the bottom of that solo cup.. So here I am with a whole new crop, I have found the best way (in my case at least) to germinate seeds is to do the Deno Method (Moist Paper Towel, Tupperware container with one side open for air) I had about 5% germination if that using seeds in soil, did the Deno method and got at least 95% germination.. Here are some pictures, I am gonna need some advice here now on transplanting, and other stuff at the end of the post.
The following are planted in this order ( I keep place by the differnece in the ends
1-Long Greens, 4-5 inch long pods
2-Cayenne
3-??Name?? Resembles Tabasco
4- Tepin
5- Habenero
6- Jalepeno

After 3 weeks of nothing, I got fed up and researched and came across the Deno method

Here are the Seedlings I have already Trnasplanted (in addition to the once you see there.. In the same order as above with the plants and their name

You can see they are Drooping, is this due to the window sill are they gravitating toward the sun, or are the roots dying from not enough space, is it time to transplant some? Also, when transplanting do I want to keep them altogether or do I pick the best of? what would be a good thing to transplant them into? I know they are getting plenty of water the soil is pretty moist.. which leads to my next question

I tried for a good 10 minutes to get a good picture of this but this is the best I could do, is this a fungus gnat that I have read all about this is on the end of my pointer finer, I'm seeing these guys all over my soiled plants and then along the window sill, do I need to worry about them going to other plants? I am looking at these products for the recommended BT, but allot of them say they are used to kill off caterpillars, what is the proper percentage of BT that I want, one thing said .046 % will that work, do I want a Dust, a liquid, whats the best thing to go with? Thanks!!

it looks to me like they may not be getting enough sun, maybe to much water...good luck with that. sorry about your pumpkins. its important that your planter has proper drainage in order to keep the roots alive and healthy

So, Here is an Update, the date is July 26th, these things have been going a little over 3 months, I expected them to be harvesting somewhat or at least much bigger, perhaps it was because I didn't thin them out until today, I transplanted one Jalepeno plant, the others need a bit more growing before I transplant, I have noticed some problems with them I have posted some close ups, perhaps they aren't getting enough sunlight I don't know, and I noticed a few spider webs on them as well as tiny bugs about 1 or 2, real fast movers, running around on the top of the soil
