Looking great!
I'm not quite such a fan of pickled peppers though I like them occasionally, so when I grew a lot of hot peppers a couple of years ago, I also made hot pepper jelly and loved it.

I made pepper jelly last year - it was/is fantastic! The only problem was that I used powdered pectin in a recipe that called for liquid pectin. I didn't realize there was a difference, so it didn't turn out very jelly-y - it was more of a honeyish consistency. Still tastes great, though!applestar wrote:Looking great!
