Tomatillo flowers not fruiting

I've gotten wonderful advice on this forum before, so I thought I'd try again!

I have three tomatillo plants, about 3 feet high, healthy, doing well, I water them regularly, they get good sun, and so on. They have tons of flowers and buds all over them, however, none of them are fruiting. The flowers bloom, and then turn yellow (the petals are always yellow, obviously, but the sepal and stem turn yellow as well after a bit), and then die and fall off. If they'd fruited I'd have a hundred tomatillos by now! I've read that tomatillos need multiple plants in order to fruit, and as I said, I have three, so that can't be the problem. They're relatively close to each other, too. I also read that it's normal for the flowers to die and fall off if the plant isn't big enough, but I would think 3 feet high is big enough?
So anyway, if anyone has any advice, or knows anything I can or should do, it would be greatly appreciated!

Try giving the plants a little shake each morning. This should help.
