Growing bush peas when the crop is damaged

Hi, I am a new gardener and have a question for you veterans. :)

Our puppy dug into our garden beds and my issue right now is with our bush peas. She tore up most of them and I decided to let them be since it was already flowering and so close to harvest. Today, I was able to harvest a few pea pods (to our excitement!) and was unsure how to handle the rest of the season. I would like to get more of a crop by replanting. I'm not sure whether or not I should tear it up and restart in a few weeks after getting more pea pods and plant my fall crop or not. I've been trying to look it up online but have been getting conflicting information.

How long do bush peas produce for? Until the weather is consistently 70 degrees or higher.. or do they continue to produce until fall?

I live in Oregon, btw.

Thanks in advance for the information. :)

Oh, I forgot to add: I planted Lilly Miller Early Frost Bush Peas, if that helps.

I would replant for a fall crop.
