bok choy

Anyone try growing bok choy? I'm trying one plant and put it in the ground may 26th and it seems to be developing a shoot of flowers right up he center? does this mean its ready to be harvested or am I too late? Thanks,

Your plant is bolting, going to seed. Not to late, eat the whole thing in soup or stir fry.
