Liquid Sevin Burned My Pepper Leaves

I sprayed liquid Sevin on my veggies and I noticed that one pepper is fine, but the other one is limp and the leaves are "burnt." I thought it was the sun, but it was the Sevin. I will be using Neem oil in the future, but I am hoping to salvage the plant. I removed the bottom leaves and gave it a vigorous watering. Any other ideas on how to save it?

Did U spray during the day? I've heard sunshine and pesticides/fertizers don't mix.

I sprayed it at night. I may have not diluted the mixture enough. The burned leaves are also on some of my green beans too, but not all of them. I spoke to one of the older gardeners in my community garden and he said it looks like burning from Sevin.
