Ghost Peppers flowering already?

I have them from last year (kept them inside dormant through winter) and they have started flowering already. My question is do I pinch off the flowers like you would with a new plant or no, because they are already established from last year I shouldn't pinch them off? Thanks!

The fact it already has its root system established means it will have a big head start when it comes to flowering/fruiting. I have a Serrano pepper that I overwintered too. Has tons of flowers and fruits. So don't pinch off the flowers.
