Is this an assassin bug or a leaf footed?

I noticed these bugs on my squash today. I was going to kill them but decided I better check to see what they are. I was pics of both the assassin and the leaf footed and not sure which one they are. Are they good or bad bugs? They were a group and have 2 black spots on the back.
Thanks for any help you can give me
Celia

This one was alone and I'm not sure if it's the same thing

Here's a thread I did with pictures of both and links to more info about them and how to tell them apart:

Whenever I see them I kill them. I was told they were bad. Not taking any chances.

Well that's why it's worth trying to distinguish them because assassin bugs are beneficials and leaf footed bugs definitely are not.
