seedlings help!

Hi I'm new on here also new to gardening,

I have been growing some tomatoes, peppers and chillis in a propagator. they were growing lovely, up to two inches.
I decided to transplant them to bigger potts, but they now all seem so be dying (falling over  ) and also the leaves have shriveled up  . this was between half an hour to an hour afterwards.
Will they pick themselves up? :?

I am quite new also but I have heard that you shouldn't move your plants to bigger containers until they have developed their first set of true leaves? Has that happened? Do you know if the soil or the pots may have had some sort of contaminate in them?

HI, maybe I should have waited a bit longer, only small leaves but not very big. But good news, woke this morning to find that they have lifted back up :D
