I had to do it..

I went out and bought the following pepper plants:

1 cow horn
1 hot banana
1 pimiento
1 jalapeno

I also planted 3 sugar baby pea seeds, 3 purple green bean seeds, 3 borlotto bean seeds... also a black beauty eggplant I started in the fall.

my pepper plants aren't that big yet, but I wanted a head start in the garden.. so I had to buy 4 plants :)

I might also go back and pick up 2 more cow horns.. not sure yet - but it's tempting.

in addition to what I listed above, I also went out and bought the following:

6 pack of artichokes
6 pack of brussels sprouts
6 pack of lettuce
2 hot cherry peppers
1 early girl tomato
1 lemon boy tomato

I pretty much gave up on the seeds this year - my plants this year are not growing as big as they have been in the previous years so.. I figured I'd buy a few plants to get me a head start.

don't get me wrong, I will still plant what I have when they are ready and I will continue to plant a few more seeds - but this year will have a few store bought plants just to even out the season.

this fall/winter I will be building an indoor grow box.. I'm still working on the plans..
