I found this photo online and it gives me some idea. This would be excellent for certain plants and if I use potting soil I would never have to weed. I don't have any containers like those but maybe the bottom half of a 1 gallon milk jug would work.

That's a cool pic. I am doing a container garden this year...so far I have some 80+ containers. Most of mine came from the nursery, they sell the 25 gal for like a buck & the 5 gal pots for 18 cents.
