I was outside a minute ago and before I went in I noticed a strange looking flower. But it was growing in an odd spot. Upon closer look I noticed it was a spider. It looks almost like the Lemon Tree flowers. I hope it sticks around. I got bees coming to the flowers everyday but I don't think this spider is a threat to them.

Ooh! Those crab spiders are cool because they look like ghosts. I often see them in white flowers at the last minute -- very well camouflaged and even more so if they look like they are mimicking lemon blossoms
I dare not think how much more pest bugs would be in my garden if it wasn't for all the spiders I see. I get such a satisfaction out of seeing big ones for the species, and I thank them for all their work. I talk to the baby ones and encourage them to eat and grow... And watch out for the spider-loving wrens
