Tips for Straightening a Coiled Drip Hose?

I have a little over 100' of drip irrigation hose 3/4" w/ 1gph regulators throughout. I want to build it out with some T and L junctions to layout on the garden this weekend but the hose is coiled pretty good.

What are good methods for straightening this hose out? Heat Gun, just uncoil and let it sit in the yard a few days, ?

I have one hose that is a bit older than the rest and it will get so stiff I can roll it like a "Hula Hoop" at times. I'll lay it out in the sun on my concrete driveway and it will soften up fairly quick and become pliable enough to uncoil with no trouble.
