oops! Planted cherokee yellow wax beans

I realized after already planting...instead of green beans I planted cherokee yellow wax beans.

I have never had any...anyone here grow them? How do they taste?

I'm just going to leave them and do another row of green beans I guess.

I think you will like the yellow beans too.

I like combining different colored beans in the garden and in the dish. I also grow Purple Podded pole beans which turn green when cooked but in a darker shade than regular green beans. They all taste great individually too. I think yellow has the mildest flavor -- I'll be growing Black seeded Yellow Pencil-pod and Marvel of Venice. Oh and a free bonus packet of green/yellow mix.
