got my diversity jerusalem artichokes

They didn't come with a how and where to plant fact sheet.

I'm going to box them in so I can keep them alittle in control.

How do I plant them like potatoes?
Some of the main stems are turning green at the tips would I keep the tip above ground?
Do they like full sun or shade?

plant them and forget about them basically. shoots up. full sun.

Don't let them dry out too much while they are getting established. Once they are well established they are difficult to kill - at least in my climate where we get summer rain. Where you are, you probably still will need to water occasionally.

Mine should be delivered from Oikos today. It will be my first time planting them as well...should be fun.
