vitamin B-1???
I keep hearing sales people saying how good vitamin B-1 is for plants but when I did a search on the internet all I saw was that it's a myth. Is it a myth or does it do anything for the plants?

I really never seen B-1 help anything of mine so I quit using it a lot of years ago I am how ever using different things as far as a fertilizer I brew aerated compost teas and I am testing a product called Azos out for my starts and my cloning of starts it has been working great on getting the roots really growing. What were you going to use B1 for?
