Chilli Peppers Pictures and Explanation

https://xrl.us/u69y

Usually four plants are grown. They are so nice to have in the garden because they are so prolific. They are hot hot hot. I air dry in the shed out of sunlight where it is very hot during the day. When throughly dry they are put in the blender and beat to a find texture. I use the result like paprika during the winter. One basket dried is sufficient, since it produces about half a litre.

Peppers like an acedic soil so for insurance once a week or so I add a cup of vinegar to a gallon water and throughly water the peppers. This may not be necessary if the garden soil is acedic. A good test is to use on one or two plants and compare to the remainder.

HAHA I love the Ontario fruit baskets, I use them two. I have a whole bunch in the basement, cheapest harvesting basket. I am trying peppers for the first time this year, I am trying cayenne it is just an experiment year to see how good they grow for me. Then I might start to branch out into the huge varieties to choose from.
