Planting the Garden

I put this page together last April. Many of you have seen it. I re-post it for the newcomers to the forum. Many of you will be planting way before me. FWIW, I did add a bit to it.

No deer and no squirrels. I do get an occasional pocket gopher. Sometimes in winter if the snow is deep we will get deer across the yard, but in spring and summer they stay up in the hills. Skunks and racoons are bad when the corn is on. I put a radio in the corn patch and set it on the hard rock station. Keeps the critters out.

I'm from NJ so I can't stop staring at the amazing mountains in the 1st pic... I would never leave my backyard...

Great shots and a nice looking garden area with a view. I have a small planter like the one in the picture, it's from the 1960's, the lady next door was going to throw it away? I think I have a picture of it?

Lets see if I can post a shot of the old planter I have, this is the planter the lady next door was going to get rid of.

That is the exact same planter I have. It has sure been good for me. Do you have the other disks?
