white mold veggie garden

Hello,
I would like to ask some help regarding white mold at the surface of my vegetable garden. I read a bunch online but could not make my mind yet. Its very white and it is spreading all over. I use weed barrier fabric and it looks like is spreading underneath. Does anybody know if I should remove the fabric? Someone recommended using milk diluted in water to get rid of the mold, any opinions on that? Some of the veggies leaves also have white spots on them.
I read that it could be too much water.

Thank you in advance,

Tutti

your fine don't worry about the white stuff, soil is alive.

but I would suggest getting rid of the weed block. not for the reasons you mentioned though. from my experience unless you replace it all the time, it only makes the problem worse in the long run.
