Help Finding Winter Flower (Including Edible Flowers) Seeds

I need help with identifying what Flower (both edible and not edible) seeds I should get to plant for this winter ...

I am in the northernmost part of Zone #8 (Central California), about three miles south of the southernmost tip of Zone #14.

I would like to get some Winter flower seeds, especially Edible Flowers. I already have three small patches of Calendulas growing, and planted another small patch today.

There are many edible flowers. I grow several but am not sure what would survive down there. Here are some that I know are edible. Not sure if you can grow them there and you may not like the flavour.

- Nasturtiums: nice salad, a little peppery
- decorative Amaranth, small leaves in salad or cooked, seeds make good grain
-malva moschata
-violets, violas, pansys
-hibiscus
-rose
-daisys
-dandelions
-gladiola blooms
-daylily blooms
-carnations
-bee balm
-impatiens flowers
-hollyhock flowers
-lilac flowers
-marigolds - great in salads with citus flavour
-peony flowers
-sunflwoers
-scented geraniums (not citronella)
-yucca flowers
-scarlet runner bean flowers
