This is where I live. A small rural community nestled between the mountains.
No, this is not current. It is a pic from 2 years ago in October.

What has this to do with gardening? I don't know. Please excuse my side trip.

That's amazing. As much as I love snow, I think that's a bit too much for me.

Lovely pictures, but a tad cruel to post that winter pic at this time of the year. June, even July, would have been much kinder

Wow Jal, that looks like something right out of a postcard. Really, you could make a small fortune selling some of your pics as postcards (they're better than many I've seen)!

You are always able to keep that snow over on the mountains so it is just pretty and not a nuisance, right??

Very nice pictures. Your scenery is breath taking.....or maybe that was the stairs I just climbed.

Well, not exactly. Evanston Wyoming is the next town in that direction.

SLC is just 90 miles South and a little West, but there are some big mountains between us to kinda keep them at arms length.

Logan Utah is the nearest large city. There is over 100,000 population there now....... and its growing.

....which is a perfect reason for you to make the garden bigger and plant more fruit trees
