What can I plant this time of year?

I am looking to get another quick crop planted before the end of the year and am looking for suggestions.

Right now I am thinking
-Kale/Swiss Chard
-Lettuce

Does anybody have any suggestions for quick growing crops that would do well planting this late? All planting will be in raised beds.

I live in southern, NH (zone 4/5).

Radishes! Quickest growing thing there is.

Spinach.

Plant some things like basil in pots and then bring them in....

Rule of thumb find out your average first frost date subtract 14 days for shortening daylength, then subtact the days until germination and then the days it says it takes to get a crop on the seed package. If you are still early enough it will probably work.
Possiblities are shortday turnips like shogoin
raddishes, but maybe not the winter radishes like iccle, daikon etc anymore.
Some leaf lettuce varieties
If you have row covers for the beds then maybe chard, spinach, short day cabbage from plants as well.
