skeletalized squash leaves

I am having a horrible time growing squash. My first planting in the spring died to vineborers. My second planting was doing somewhat better until this week when I lost five adult plants. Some seem to be victims of the borers although I have sprayed with fertilome spinosad twice. A mole has also found a home in my patch. but I have also noticed several of my plants' leaves are being skeletalized. Suggestions please?

It could be caterpillars if the leaves are being skelotonized. If that's the case thuricide or another product that uses bacillus thuringiensis should work.
