Hi all,
I planted my broccoli too early this year and it pretty much went straight to flowering and bolting. I had seen a grouping of about 5 or so Harlequin Bugs on the plant about 4 days ago but wasn't too worried about it since I knew the plant had bolted so I just flicked them away into the grass and stomped them. I went out to remove it today in preparation for making space for fall crops and I found maybe 7 or 8 different groupings of Harlequin Bug eggs. Upon further inspection, I found that I actually had the entire life cycle of the bug captured there on one plant and I wanted to share. Enjoy!
Note that I don't have a close-up lens for our camera, so I did the best I could with the pics. Click for larger!
