Hi all,
I have a spaghetti squash plant and it's really strong and growing lots of fruit.
What I can't figure out though, is why some of the fruit are pure white, while some have a grainy looking skin similar to a cantaloupe:

I'm not the most seasoned gardener, but I have a zucchini plant and a cantaloupe plant nearby...
Is this some sort of cross pollination?

It is likely a cross. The fruits should all look the same from a good seed source. It has to do with the seed you planted. Cross pollination does not effect the outcome of the squash this season. You will see the crosses next season if you save seed and plant it. I can only suggest that you shop elsewhere for seed next season. These squash you show are on the same plant? Interesting. I can only suggest they are of a different age. Watch and see if they change as they ripen?
