anyone ever grow Numex Heritage?

I have a few plants and am not sure yet when the best time to pick them is. Here are a few pics

That last pic is Serrano how big do they get, While I'm at it?

For roasted green chiles wait for the first one to start turning red and then pick all of them that look about that big.

Is that 6-4 Heritage or Big Jim Heritage? NUMEX released both.

I believe it is the Heritage 6-4. I got the seeds from someone on here they just said "Numex Heritage".
