These are my fresh peppers, I'll be frying them up with tomato, onion, bacon. and eggs tomorrow morning. I also cleaned and organized my balcony space.

Almost all of the balcony plants were bought as starters from a local nursery. These were my first plants and my success with them inspired me to try starting from seed. Many of the pots are too small for decent root development or other adverse growing conditions, but these were the plants that taught me how to be a better gardener.

This is my germination station. The black metal rack heats up quickly in the noon sun and provides substantial heat to the seeds. Once they have germinated I move them down to the balcony floor to bask in the heat radiating off of the reflective treatment sealing the balcony.
Well, that's it for today; hope you enjoyed the pics. Soon I'll be taking pics of my first ripe tomato!
**I just realized that my tomato plants look like torture victims.

They look just like the Anaheims I've been picking for the last few weeks . the good news is that they are still fantastic in scrambled eggs....mmmm with tomatoes and onions....and a little jack cheese...TheWaterbug wrote:Anaheim?orgoveg wrote:The "jalapenos" at my local grocery look just like that. I often wondered if they were something else.
