Is this normal or a disease, I notice the bottom of the stalk are looking as if they were mildewed. We have been having intense storms with high humidity almost every day than sun, rinse and repeat.

I would be totally smashed if these were diseased. This is my most anticipated crop this year.
Don't worry I am so waiting to harvest these. We actually just got done with dinner that I used the runt and it was AWESOME!!!! Soon very soon I believe if not this week probably next weekend we will see how things go with them.
