Honeydew Melon

My honeydew melon in taking over my garden! Its HUGE! Can I trim it or will that mess everything up?

It is not recommended.
Some say buy cutting back new growth and not letting new melons start the ones on the plant will rippen together and not be as sweet.
If a disease doesn't kill them and a bug doesn't eat them there may be something left for you.
