Asparagus & Rhubarb

So I think the asparagus went to seed...

Suggestions?
I'd like to just clean everything under it & let it seed so we can have more for next year, but if I trimmed some of it down (either now or after it seeded) could I actually get any stalks?

Just triple checking this is rhubarb (just because it's HUGE) and it's ready when the stalk turns bright red, right?

The asparagus should be left alone until frost. It needs that time to make food and store it in the roots until next spring so it can give you a harvest.

Rhubarb can be harvested anytime there are some good stems. Not necessarily red ones. Some rhubarb does not have red stems.
