What a difference a little sun and heat makes!

The weather has turned and everything is starting to pop!

That looks like my kind of place. With all that growth, it's hard to believe you're that far north.

It looks like you have geese penned up? It's hard tell from the photo.

Eric, you're killing me, dude. I thought you people up there were supposed to be discouraging wholesale immigration!

PNW, where everyone has lush acreage with abundant wildlife. Just ask Eric and Tom. LOL

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. In this case, the grass really is greener.

Looks good Eric, you will be eating good. I am a bit behind this year as it took some time just to be able to work the ground.

Nice DDF. We just got a small break from the heat wave we have been in so maybe all those maters out there that are popping up will do something.

White Layer, Khaki Campbell and Muscovies. I lock them up at night. All the photos are dark, days are never long enough.

Shhhhh, not so loud!

Thank you. I still feel way behind. I have no root crops, squash or cucumbers planted. The squashes and cucumbers are waiting outside patiently.

Off to the Farmers Market

Wow, Eric you got yourself a great spread there!! :) Is that geese in the pen or chickens? (If I hadn't scrolled so fast I would have seen your answer to this question)And whats under the covers? Next you are going to be telling me you also grow blueberries and raspberries too!

Please could we get a close up of the iron gate? Love that artwork of the Lab dog.

The cover perpendicular to the rows has corn under it. The cover diagonal from the tiller has Etna beans. The cover over hoops are tomatoes.

I not only grow blueberries and raspberries, I have gooseberries, currants, marionberries, aronia, seaberries, highbush cranberries, strawberries, rusa rugosa hips, goumi, nut and fruit trees.

Photo of gate later. :P

Excellent! Thanks for sharing the pics.

We had one day of sunshine, but its cloudy again today. Everything is lagging behind this year.

Absolutely stunning! You've renewed my confidence in WA growing conditions, lol. I've gotten a few peas, and salad greens. Had a couple of almost ripe strawberries, then went out to check them, and something had stolen them! I blame the critters...

Anyhow, I hope to someday have a garden just as pretty as you!

PLease tell me that you can!?! With all of those berries you grow, it would be waste if you didn't!!

Someday, as I get better at this garden stuff, I want to invest in covers too.

I did some snooping this afternoon.

I removed the floating row cover from the corn. I may have to go in and thin / transfer. I'll wait a couple more days.

The Etna beans are mostly up. Here again maybe some thinning transferring.
