That is the smaller of 3 in the back. The neighborhood I live in was once a riverbed. I think when they were grading the lots they just pushed these behemoths back far enough for us to have a small backyard.

Yep, I'm about 15 miles from the NC/SC border. The clay is there but I have been ammending the soil for about 4 years. I have added composted cow manure, gypsum and leaves every year and tilled it in. The soil is much better, but still got a little ways to go.

Nice garden. Those peppers and tomatoes are making my mouth water!

Oh yeah, the flower bed is neat as well.
