Really dark green tomato leaves that feel like rough paper

These tomato plants are also not producing. As the topic states, the leaves are a real dark green, are curled inward, and have a texture of rough paper (construction paper I.e.). The plants themselves are around 5 feet tall and don't have many branches. This isn't normal b/c I know what a healthy tomato leaf looks like.

I'm guessing I'm lacking a mineral in the soil. Any suggestions?

Phosphorus deficiency will cause dark leaves and poor fruit setting.
Look on the bottom side of the leafs and see if you see any purple color in the veins.

The stalks have a little purple to them as well. Where can I get phosphorus?

If you want to go organic, buy fossilized sea bird guano or High phosphorus bat guano.
