Mushrooms growing in garden

Is this a good or bad thing? It's been 90 degrees and humidity levels were around 50%.

It is not a problem. Fungi actually reduce some organic matter to a form the plants can use.
Gardening at 5000 feet elevation, zone 4/5 Northern Utah, Frost free from May 25 to September 8 +/-
