On April 25th I planted 2 trinidads and 1 ghost pepper, the 2 trinidads look good but the ghost is looking a little sick. The pepper has gone from a good green to a yellowish green and has a few tan spots plus the edges and tips on around half of the leaves are dried and crumble when touched.
I planted all three peppers the same way. I put 10 match heads in the bottom of the hole and covered them with a little dirt then I added a hand full of worm castings, a sprinkle (about a tsp if that) of 5-10-10 fert, and a tbsp of crushed, almost powdered egg shells. Like I said the other 2 are doing good so I don't think it has anything to do with that, but I thought I should mention.
Here are a few pics, what do you guys think? Do I have a sick pepper? Is there anything I can do?

IMHO, aside from the under browning it still looks fairly healthy to me. I would just keep a close eye on it... unless I'm missing something I'm not seeing in the pics?

The plants in the pictures look quite healthy and happy to me and not transplant shocked (which would make them wilty and droopy).
You can pay too much attention to little spots here and there. In nature nothing is perfect. If I had to guess, I'd guess the spots are sunburn. If water drops are on the leaves and then sun hits them, the droplet can act like a magnifying glass and burn the leaf.
But whatever it is, if the plant stays healthy and growing well, then you don't need to worry about a few spots. If the spots are spreading and doing damage (leaves start curling or getting significant holes, plant isn't thriving), let us know.

I don't think my bhut's ever look that nice. I think you have a case of paranoid gardner syndrome =D We all go through it.
That's great news, being my first time growing this I guess I'm a little overanxious.
