sweet potatos

I'm new to sweet taters

best stuff to do to help them "gor taters"

Sweet potatoes do best in average soil without much fertilizer.

They like it hot and let em run to get the most energy to the roots, they will continue to run and reroot with moore tater/tubers down the line.
Get ready for some huge vines.

They do like average soil but as for letting them run (which I do) they (the pro growers) sometime put down a barrier to keep them from rooting along the vine. Theoretically tunneling the energy to the main crop, again theoretically having fewer bigger potatoes than more smaller potatoes.

They do love it hot. Another thing is I like to hill them up whether that is necessary or not it has done well for me.
